It's moments like these that make my job as a photographer so rewarding. Capturing timeless and classic images that represent the love between two people is what I live for. As a wedding and lifestyle photographer, it's my goal to create beautiful memories that will last a lifetime.

You've put so much thought into planning your wedding, and it's valuable to include this thought into your wedding gallery! Here is a FREE checklist of details you should bring with you the morning of your wedding day!
For the last decade, I was deeply immersed in the world of education, working as a teacher. Teaching was more than just a job—it was a passion. I dedicated myself to shaping young minds and creating a nurturing learning environment. My commitment to education led me to pursue higher studies, and I had recently completed my third degree in 2019, a master’s in Educational Leadership, with aspirations of becoming an administrator.
However, life had different plans for me. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I became pregnant with our first child. As the world shifted to virtual interactions, so did my professional life. I found myself in a position of virtual teaching, which ignited a level of creativity and challenge I hadn’t experienced in a long time. It was a refreshing change that kept me engaged and motivated during such uncertain times.
When my son was born during the pandemic, it was a moment of immense joy. But soon, I realized I was battling postpartum depression (PPD) and postpartum anxiety (PPA). These were struggles I hadn’t anticipated, and it took me about four months to come to terms with them. I knew I needed to make a change for my well-being and for the sake of my family.
I decided to find a hobby—something just for me. After years of dedicating myself to others, it was time to invest in my happiness. Photography became my saving grace. What started as a hobby to bring joy back into my life quickly evolved into a passionate pursuit. Capturing moments through the lens allowed me to express myself creatively and find solace during a challenging time.
My love for my son and being a mother is indescribable. Despite the struggles, his presence in my life was a constant source of inspiration and strength. Photography became a way to document our journey together and cherish the fleeting moments of his early years.
As I honed my skills, friends and family began to notice my work. Encouraged by their support and positive feedback, I decided to take a leap of faith and turn my newfound passion into a business. What began as a personal project blossomed into the thriving photography business I have today.
Starting this business was not just about taking pictures; it was about creating memories and capturing the essence of life’s most precious moments. It has allowed me to connect with people on a deeper level, helping them preserve their cherished memories while also providing me with a sense of fulfillment and purpose.
My journey from teacher to photographer has been transformative. It taught me the importance of self-care and the incredible power of pursuing one’s passions. Through the lens of my camera, I’ve found a new way to make a difference in people’s lives, and for that, I am eternally grateful.
If you actually read this far, thank you. And I hope this inspires you to follow any passion you have, no matter what stage in life you are.
Family photos are like time capsules, preserving fleeting moments as cherished memories that will be treasured for years to come. However, anyone who’s tried to get a family with young kids to pose for a traditional photo session knows it can be... quite a task and I can personally agree with this. There’s a certain magic in capturing the love of a couple in a place as enchanting as the Vizcaya Museum and Gardens in Miami, FL. Recently, I had the honor of photographing Samantha and Evan, a couple whose love story is as unique as the...
